openscape business x8 time always reset

Hi Techies,

Good Day,
I have a problem encounter on X8 the time always reset.
and another issue is can't received incoming calls with or without AA.
try to reset trunk card and the problem still persist.
every time that we encounter this problem no incoming we need to restart system. after restarting incoming is now working.

Time reset occurs after station restarts or by itself?
