can any one guide me how to update the hotfix's in openscape business

It's the same way you would with a general release but you need to replace the default URL for the hotfix url.
Alternatively download the hotfix and apply manually.

Siemens/Unify - Hipath 3000, Openscape Office and Openscape Business.

Expert Mode > Maintenance > SW image > System SW > Update Via Internet > you will see SW image URL and you need to replace the default with the HF URL and click apply
