OpenScape Business contact center CCV does not start

Trying to install contact center in OSBIZ X5 with OCAB.
We have got base license,ip lic, agents - 5, voicemail -2 autoattendant-1
The system is configured as it was described in the manual.
In a a moment when we have external call it goes to the virtual stn first, then switched to the UCD group and agents phone rings. The programmed CCV with the message promt does not start.Tried different settings to schedule-CCV but same result. So it is looks like schedule does not work.
myAgent starts and works ok. Maybe someone has met this problem before?
