Openscape Biz - CP205 Volume not loud enough

Hi guys,

Iv'e been trying to find a solution to this for the past few days..

we have CP205 handsets with the volume cranked all the way to 8 and we still don't find them loud enough. If there are some people talking in the office whilst you are on the phone you can barley hear the caller. This is even worse in our Sales office when several people are on the phone at the same time.

I have been looking at the phone settings, and i cant see any way to boost the volume, i have also had a look in the system and i cant find any options to boost either.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have connected a Polycom SIP handset to the system and this seems to be loud enough, to maybe phone amplifier needs tweaking somehow...
 
On the *4000* under DIS-ZAND:OPTISET; there is a CALLVOL parameter and a MAXVOL parameter.

Without looking it up I would assume CALLVOL is the default call volume to start with unless you have adjusted your phone, and MAXVOL is the highest you can set it. I do not know if it will let you increase MAXVOL.

I don't know if these same AMOs apply to OSB or not, but if it has ZAND or ZANDE I would look in those for systemwide settings.
