Openscape 4KV7 release upgrade issue

Dear Friends,
I have to upload a hot fix in the system and i am getting the below error message.
CONNECTION TO A SWITCH IS NOT POSSIBLE
Can any one help me to resolve this error.


and also when ever i am opening the unix and i am getting this error
PROBLEM HEALTH CHECK ERROR:ROOT PASSWORD EXPIRY CHECK ON ACTIVE NODE.
Can any one explain why this message I am getting

Fix the root password issue first then test the other problem again.
Log on using local keyboard, mouse and screen
login using root/hicom
change the password as prompted
If necessary change it back again

Log on using local keyboard, mouse and screen
login using root/hicom

Then change the password

In other words plug in a USB keyboard and Screen to the OpenScape 4000 Eco Server front, then change the password.

After that ensure you do a 'client preparation' on the Assistant page.

i have done the same
and i have done the client prepration and all green ok
but the error in unix for software transfer is still existing.
which version of java is working fine with OS4K v7

Currently I am transferring files to the Unix in Software Management/Software Transfer.
I am using Firefox - latest 5.0.1.0
The Java on this 64 Bit PC is as follows:
x86 (32 BIT JAVA) 1.8.0_112
x86_64 (64 BIT JAVA) 1.8.0_111
After installing 32 and 64 Bit Java then do the 'client preparation' again to ensure all OK

Make sure you are trying to do the software update function using Internet Explorer. It is less cooperative on other browsers. Maybe that will help if you are not.
