Since two days I try to get the 4000 in the Brower to run. Without success.
I installed the ACM but it doesn't work. It hangs at load. 5%...

I switched off the MD5 from the Java Config....

Windows 10 -> IE11 -> Java 1.8

According to release note OS4k 2.20 it should work....

I despair. Does anyone have an idea?

Thanks

Here are my suggestions:

Re-install the ACM (you already did). Every time the Java version updates I usually have to re-install it
Re-install the Java certificate
Go into Java in control panel, find the list of whitelisted sites and add the IP of assistant (and also DLS if you have it). Also look for the tab that says what versions of Java are active, and if 6 / 7 are on the list make sure they are checked - some things still need them.

What browser / version are you using? Many of the newer browser updates break Java - you may have inadvertently received a browser update (Firefox cannot be higher than Version 51 or you will no longer be able to use it for switch admin, and chrome won't let you either. Since you said Windows 10, make sure you are using IE and not that $hitty "Edge" browser that makes our lives in IT at work utter hell...

That's all I have - I have a lot of stuff on my PC intentionally frozen in time for this reason.
