Hello

New installation of OpenScape 4000 V7.0
Feature HOTLINE
Problem:
Hotline destinantion phone recive information "ALARM CONNECTION" on display
There is no text like this "ALARM CONNECTION" in REGEN

Do you known from and why this text is show on hotline destinantion phone

It could be coming from a DAKS server or similar device that has a link to the HiPath/OS4KV7
Or if there are trunks to other systems.

Hello

There is no devices like DAKS , but lot of trunks, couse there is 5 systems networked.
so I will check routing, mayby somteting there.
