Openscape 4000 V10 R1.42 - Problem with Assistant cannot open or reinstallation!

Hi,

I have installed OS4000 V10 R1.42, after 1 month of installation, it ran out of license trail and the assistant started giving errors, I couldn't load the locking id, I rebooted the assistant in maintenance on portal. And since then the assistant cannot access it using VBM anymore.
I went to maintenance to try the reinstallation assistant but it doesn't seem to work.
I have tried installing OS 4000 v10 on another eco server system and the reinstallation function can work normally).
Has anyone encountered this problem and told me how to fix it.
 
Did you think an expired license can be resolved just by reinstalling the Assistant? If it was that easy, no-one would bother with a license.

When you install the 4K you get 30 days grace. A codeword is also entered into the 4K DB (add-codew / dis-codew) with a 30 day grace period. When that grace period expires, only a limited selection of AMOs (for ADP not SWU)) will run. Your grace period has expired, so now AMOs are locked on the 4K/ADP. You can reinstall the Assistant all you want, but the Assistant runs AMOs into the ADP, and the AMOs are locked, so Assistant can't get the info it needs from the telephony database.

If you reinstall the whole 4K, not just the Assistant - then you get another 30 days.
