Opens folder, not (Pictureviewer) image in Dynamics GP9 notepad

User has Microsoft Dynamics GP9 with Notepad. In GP9 notepad is a hyperlink to an image file that can be opened with Microsoft Pictureviewer. When the user clicks the hyperlink, the image folder opens rather than the specific image file with Microsoft Pictureviewer.

Other users can acess the image file using the hyperlink. The user can manually access the file using Pictureviewer. The hyperlink feature was working for the user at one time.

Any suggestions?
