OpenPictureDialog - draw my own file type

I would like to have the same fuctionality as -

http://bak-o-soft.dk/Delphi/PBPreview.aspx

...in C++Builder 2010/XE.

I need only one file type. PBPreview does not work in C++Builder 6 Pro for me (instalation is OK, even building EXE is OK, but no dialog). In Delphi 7 Pro is all fine.
