Hi,

I have created a page in Writer that has a certain header and footer. I'd like to have this header an footer on each following page. I know how to set this manually, but how do I get this page format automatically on each following page, or the entire document?

I checked but it wasn't helpful.

Try this: Open the Style List, click on the Page Styles icon, then double-click Default. Then go Format > Page, Organizer tab, and verify that you've chosen the Default layout. Tab over to Headers and then Footers and set accordingly. Then fill out your desired headers and footers on the corresponding on-document boxes (they'll appear at the top and bottom, respectively, of the document window).

This'll work best if your headers and footers apply to both left and right pages. If you have different footers for the first page, and then for succeeding left and right pages, I think you'll have to move to each page and select the corresponding page style.

Regards, hope this helps.
