Opening Word97 attachment in GroupWise 5.5

Everytime one of our users opens a Word97 attachment on his email, a message appears saying that the document belongs to our IS Dept. Clicking OK then produces a message asking if they'd like a copy of it, then clicking OK again opens the attachment in the normal way. The workstation is Windows2000 and appears to be set up the same as all the other workstations.

Any Help Appreciated
