We had to give a vendor a DVD that contained a bunch of Lotus Notes emails. We are running version 5 and can access it from our systems. The vendor is runnig version 7.0.2 and can't seem to access them. They receive the message : File is not a Database.
They wrote back to me: It looks like it should open and is recognized by the file type. The vendor also tried to have their forensics department open it and they were unable to as well.
Any ideas as to what may be causing this?
Thanks
