Opening .rpt file in access through a switchboard

Good Morning,

I was wondering how to open a crystal report through access (if it can be done). I am using Access 2000 and CR 9. I can get Crystal to start up OK, but it won't open file type .rpt and CR 9 no longer has the compiler to create .exe for access to open.

If anyone can help with code to do this it would be much appreciated..
