Opening published app opens Adobe Acrobat

henever I open a published app I have setup within my citrix ica client (version 9.1), it first opens Acrobat (running in background), then my published app. Acrobat takes about 45Mb to run.

I've been trying to disassociate adobe with citrix ica, but just can't figure it out.

It's not the executable that is opening adobe (ie when you open program neighbourhood, pn.exe is running), but when you open a published application, that opens Adobe. What file is the published app using in order to reassociate it?

I'd look in file associations and find my answer there.
