We recently replace an old router and installed a Linksys BEFSR41 v2 that I had at home and wasn't using.

Ever since it has prevented users from communicating via MSN Messenger. I need to open the routers ports so users can communicate. In this case I need to allow 10 users the ability to IM each other, customers and vendors. How would I go about this?

The BEFSR41 should be able to do this all by itself. You might need to enable UPnP in the admin interface.
