Opening page, But only once...

Hey,

Sorry, I couldn't really work out a more descriptive subject title.

What i'm looking for is when a user visits the webpage for the first time that day, they are taken to one page. Where as if its their second visit, third, forth, etc. visit of the day, they are taken to a different page.

Any help?
