If I had full mailbox permissions to another user Exchange Mail Box (Exchange 2003)is there a way to see their 'Sent Items'. I know within Outlook 2003,I can go to File - Open -> Other Users Folders ---> Choose the Mail Box and select 'Inbox'. This works great but I can only view the 'Inbox' of that user. Now if I want to see that user's 'Sent Items' there is no selection for that. I was wonder how do I see the users 'Sent Items' without adding additional Mail Boxes to my outlook.

The following assumes that you are on a MS network using MS Exchange.

On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Delegates tab.
Click Add.
In the Type name or select from list box, enter the name of the delegate you want to set permissions for.
To add multiple delegates simultaneously, hold down CTRL and click names in the Name list below. The permissions you select will apply to all of the delegates.

Click Add, and then click OK.
Click Permissions, and then click a type of permission for each Microsoft Outlook folder you want the delegate to have access to.
Select any other options you want.

Hope this helps
