I am having an issue on a few laptops running Windows XP Tablet (only 2 or 3 out of 130) that when trying to open an attached office 2000 document, GW 6.5.4 locks up and wont open the file. The only way I have found around this is to right click on the attachment and do a save as and then open it from that location. I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to fix this so I don't have to do a "save as" to be able to use the file?
