Opening Netscape from inside VB App

How do I open a Netscape Browser from inside a visual basic project. I want the user to be able to click on a word "update" and it open the Netscape browser to a certain page. Is this possible?

Don't know BUT, if you can go to Start/Run and start Netscape with a URL attached e.g. c:\Program files\....\whatever.exe

then you can also use a SHELL command from inside VB to do the same thing.
