Opening multiple mailboxes

I'm sure this is very easy and I'm totally overlooking the switch, but we have a few users who would like our receptionist to be able to view their calendars within Outlook. I have tried going to open other users's files, however I receive an error message that states: "Unable to display the folder. The Calendar folder could not be found." I'm stumped, any input would be greatly appreciated!

Has the user whose calendar you want to see given the user you want to see it permission to?
