I’m going nuts over this one. I’m running Access 2000 (I recently upgraded) under XP Pro. Under my account if I minimize a database and open another, the second database opens to full screen and the first on stays minimized (the way it should). However, under other accounts on the pc if a database is minimized and a second one is opened, the first database opens to full screen and the new database opens if front but not in full screen. How do I stop the first database from opening and have the second open to maximum???? My users are revolting!!!!

Thanks
William

William - do you still have access 97 on the computers also? I had several strange thing happen last month when I upgraded to 2000 and 97 was left on my computer.

Just a thought.

You can restore a window to it's default size.

I believe the syntax is...

Docmd.Restore

You can use the restore method with the "on load" event.
