Opening items in Sent Items Folder

If you are trying to open an email(s) in your sent items folder but nothing happens, what could the problem be ?
Its for Outlook Express. Can open mails in inbox folder.

Can you do anything with the emails such as delete them. Do you get an error message, or does nothing happen. It may be the Sent items.dbx file is corrupted.
