Hi

I have the firewall going and when i try to reach my website through... it never loads. Though if i turn off the firewall everthing works!

How can i get through the firewall? what commands (exact if possibloe :>) should i use?

Thanks
B

Uh, OK, I'll bite. What kind of firewall? how was it configured? Is it a linux firewall or a device??? Is the website on your local network or hosted offsite?
you need to supply far more detail.

I'm sorry you're very right!

well, the website is installed locally on my server (an FC3 OS) and the firewall is the built in firewall which comes installed with Linux.

The thing is that i selected (during the installation) for the firewall to allow HTTP and HTTPS but for some funny reason it doesn't allow it.

I'm assuming its the firewall since once i turn it off it works!

Thanks
B

What is the "it" you're turning off? The firewall entirely or the HTTPS/443 port in the firewall configuration?
