Opening Forms

I have a Access 2003 program that I am distributing with SageKey. Installation on a test computer went fine. I have noticed that as the forms open and close they jump around. Opening and closing is not very smooth. I also noticed that when I close the system for an instant I can see the database window.

I open the forms with code because I filter to bring up specific records. My question is, is there a way to open and close forms without all the jumping? Is it better to open forms with macros instead of code?

Any suggestions that would make the system transition between forms smoother is greatly appreciated.
