Opening Folders with detail view

I want to setup a shortcut to a folder on my network that will open in DETAIL view by any workstation user that uses the shortcut Icon that I create.

I have looked into this and did some experimentation on my own, using several different methods. Unfortunately, folder display information is kept locally on each workstation and shortcuts do not convey this from station to station as they are copied, since it is simply the extended link to a resource only and not it's properties. I am still looking into this. There may be a script that can be written, to create the shortcut, and the associated display property change on the local workstation.<br>
