Opening Excel workbooks with Macros/User Forms in IE

In an attempt to make access to multiple excel workbooks easier, i am trying to open them through a single web page. The problem i am encountering is that when IE opens the workbook within the window, none of the macros are funcional.

Is there a way to open Macro heavy workbooks in IE, and still have the macros perform thier funtions?

I want all the workbooks/user forms to open within the browser for asthetic reasons mostly, but also so that the users of the workbooks dont get too confused.

Any help would be appriciated.
