Can anybody help me
i have put together a database to use at work for maintenance reports and request and diferent departments have shortcuts to differant forms. The database is kept on a network drive .The problem is diferant computors have diferant versions of access and the database only runs in 97 but the computors withh 2000 always open it in 2000. is there a way of telling the shortcut to launch 97 in its target.

Many thanks in advance
Stewart

If some computers only have A2000, then how can they open the file using A97?
If they have both A2000 and A97 installed then the shortcut needs to point the A97 msaccess.exe.
