Opening connection to a network share from a workgroup pc

I need help writing a script that will log onto a network share from a workgroup pc which is not a part of the domain. This will be part of a scheduled task so I need it to open the connection so I can push my data onto the network where it will be backed up.

Any help aprreciated,

the MapNetWorkDrive method of WshNetwork has parameters which allow username and password to be supplied
