Opening another users "Sent Items" folder???

In Outlook 2000, I see that you can give another person permissions to your "Sent Items" folder, however, when they go to open it, there is no selection for "Sent Items". Any idea how they would open my "Sent Items" folder?

in the 'other users' outlook, click on open then other users folder. a little window pops up, type in the persons name, and select the folder to open... if the 'other user' has access, it will open, if the 'other user' doesn't have access, it will be denied...
