I've taken over the website of my soccer team from a player who's leaving. I decided to get rid of the frames and re-do the site. Now I've come across a problem I can't solve. It's probably something simple, but I don't know how to do it. The site has a guestbook, which I want to keep. I just want to open it in a specific div id (ie the content div) from a link in the menu div. Is this possible? If not, can you offer me an alternative, without having to resort to frames again?

It is possible, but you'll either have to use a Server Side Language to load it into the DIV or use an iframe.
