Opening an email attatchment in VB

I receive an email from the same address everyday, with an attatchment that documents the previous days sales on it

Is there a way of opening and saving, or just copying, this attatchment to a specified harddrive ?

The email may have different names each day g.g. MondaySales.csv, TuesdaySales.csv

The file just needs to be copied out of the email and into a named file so that I can import and translate the information on it

I use a mail product made by Chilkat software for this.
