Opening Alternate Website in Dreamweaver Template

I don't know if it's possible, but...
I have a website set up through a Template in Dreamweaver.
What I want to do is be able to open up related websites while still using the side bars on my template. It's a local lumber yard website and they want the contractors page to open up inside of our template. Is that possible? Thanks!
