At the moment users can log onto other users mailboxes via
the advanced tab of the Exchange Server properties in Outlook. How do I secure this, so only users that require that option can use it.
We are running a mixture of Outlook98/2k and Exchange 5.5.

Many Thanks and Best Regards

This is typically secured through the Exchange Administrators program. On the Outlook side anyone can add whatever mailbox as a secondary mailbox but they will not be able to open the contents of the mailbox unless they have permissions on the Exchange administrators program to the mailbox in question.

If you have more specific questions on how to set this up using the Exchange Administrators program there is an Exchange forum or perhaps someone else with that type of experience in this forum could answer. joegz
