Hi

I made a very simple access database using access xp. Since then, we have added new PCs to the network with access 2003 on.

When opening the database through access 2003 the following windows appear
:
1) Microsoft Office Access: "Security Warning: Unsafe expressions are not blocked. Do you want to block unsafe expressions?" - I click no

2) Microsoft Office Access: "Warning: Unsafe expressions are not blocked. To block unfafe expressions... etc... Do you want to open this file?" - I click yes

3) Security Warning: "Opening {file path & name}... Do you want to open this file or cancel the operation?" - I click open.

What do I need to do to stop this? If I resave the database as an access 2003 file, will it work ok on the access xp PCs?

Thanks

Sorry, I posted the same question today 11/22. Should have checked before I did.

It is a macro security level issue.

Hope This Helps, PH.
