Opening A Sheet From A Combobox And Updating The Listbox

I am attaching an zip file contains a excel which has a form having a combobox labled tool and a listbox labled weeks,In the combox box i am genrating the sheet names of the workbook . i want a code such that if i select the sheet name it should open the sheet selected in that workbook and the listbox is presently having the values of first column of sheet 1 it should get updated with frist column of the sheet which is seleced in the combobox automatically...could you please help me
