Opening a port through ISA

I am using Microsoft Small Business Server 2000.
I have recently installed a program called Media Disk which needs to connect to an FTP server via the internet in order to recieve updates.
Internet Access is working fine.
I have been told that I need to open port 10191 for this to work.
Does anyone have any ideas how I can achieve this?
