My OS is windows 2000 professinal,I have IE 6 with service pack 1.Whenever a new window is opened by using ctrl+n OR Using file menu's the previous one is getting killed.

For this I have tried repairing IE,Re-installing IE,repairing OS,using eradicator elimated IE which has come bundled with OS and re-installed IE 6 with service pack 1 and again repaired OS.

Nothing helps me !

Expecting for your valuable input to solve this soon.

Thanks,
nnaga.

Have you tried: Tools > Internet options > Advanced tab > UNcheck "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts" > Apply >Ok ?
