I just had a phone call from a guy who is willing to pay money to our company if we can pop from our page to his when a visitor leaves our site. Is this possible?

Thanks in advance!

Yes, dirty... but very possible.

I'm somewhat conflicted on providing this advice, so I'll just point you in the right direction... you need javascript, and you need to look at what events are available to you when you close or exit the page.

I may not do it then. It seemed a bit dirty. I like your terminology. These guys are a bit shady anyway....thanks. Your honesty helped me make a decision.

Cheers,

Also, what happens if they change their site without telling you?

If I leave your site and something pops up that is very dodgy you could be in trouble.

Great point. My partner and I took your advice and went against it. It sounded shady!
