Opening a MSAccess database with splashscreen

I have to be the only person in the world who doesn't know this! I have to open a MS Access database that has only a splashscreen showing. I need to see the underlying tables. Believe it or not, I created this thing! Can someone help me do this? Thanks in advance.

Have you tried to open your DB with the Shift key depressed ?
