Opening a html page in a flash scrollbar???

You can only display some html formated text (11 or so html1.0 tags) within Flash. There are possible workarounds faking html pages' displays, but they're not all browsers friendly and a lot of work. I'd stay away from that, and just use a frameset to display your old html pages.
