Opening a hml page

Hi folks,

Is there a way I can reference a HTML page from inside my tcl or cgi script that can be dynamically opened when it reaches this link?????

I know about using put &quot;<body>.......&quot;
But i dont want to do it this way.

Something like a link inside the .tcl script
