I have a user on a specific email was sent to him. He double clicks on it open or save this file to current location dialog box came up. He had selected open from current location the following error message popped up. “Can’t create file: NLD note offers.doc”. Right click the folder you want to create the file in, and then click properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder. I did a detect and repair in word & outlook and the same problem still occurred. Any input would be helpful.
