Opening a Canvas cvx file on a pc

I have a Canvas cvx file that a client sent to me, but I don't currently have a way to open it on Windows XP Pro. I know about Mac Opener, but are there any freeware programs out there that will help me accomplish this? This is the first file of this type we've ever gotten, so I'm hesitant to spend any money on a program that we might use once every 4 years. Any direction is appreciated. Thanks!

I found a trial version of Canvas and converted it into a jpg, so crisis solved.
