Opengl B132L

I'v been given a B132L (fx2 24bit with Z buffer, 1meg cache)to do some 3D work.
However things a extremely slow.
I have installed opengl. Could opengl be turned off for some reason, or have incorrest settings.

Or do i simply have a useless graphics card.

Ooops , the card is not fx2 its just a visualise 24 with z buffer. However it sould still produce some decent fps.
But it does something like 2fps.
