Open, Write to, and Save a CSV File

Does anybody know an easy way to:

1. Open a text file
2. Write to the text file
3. Save the text file as a *.csv file

I need to extract SQL data, save it to a *.csv file from VB6, and ship it to the head office.

Mucho gracias.
