Open voicemail from Key

I have buttons programmed on my phones such that when pressed the user goes to the Meridain Mail and gets a prompt for their mailbox. This is achieved by e.g.

KEY 4 MWK 7000

So user presses Key 4 and MM asks for their extension followed by #

So user would press

218# followed by PIN , for example, to get to their mailbox.

Is there a way to programme a key so it opened directly in the Ext 218 mailbox?

When you press key 4 and the MM ask you for your mail box followed by the # (218#) then ask for your password. If you are calling from your own phone all you need to do is press # and with auto logon enabled on that mail box then you will no need to put in you pin/password. But now everyone can access that mail box (retrieve, lesson, and delete messages, and change all the greetings. Another way is to program an autodial key with # + pin/password that way you would only need to press two keys 4 and the autodial key.

If you are at a medical facility, using Auto Login or a Autodial key with the # password programmed would be a HIPPA violation and it might also be a problem in other type companys such as Gov. How lazy are we getting these days.
