Open VMS Backup Problems

Is there anyone using Arcserve to backup VMS? I tried to backup VMS by clicking on the machine name but the backup job will fail with a message,

"Fail to get client drive information"

But when I click on the drives to backup, it will be successful. Is this the correct way to backup VMS or is there a patch for this?
