Open View Performance Insight for Networks

I have been working with Open View Performance Insight for Networks ( new ! ) module ( formerly Trinagy TREND ) for almost 1 1/2 years, but I can't add images or labels to a new report, or to an edited one, once deployed, reports are displayed correctly on the Report Builder and Report Viewer, but using a Web browser, images send a "PNG encoding error: PNG must have 8 or 16 bit colors" message, an labels simply aren't displayed.

I'm using v4.0 on a NT 4 server.

Since HP aquired Trinagy, no support is available, any comment will be appreciated.
