Open Up Simple Query Wizard with cmd button?

I'd like to give my users the ability to create any query they want out of the database without giving them access to the database window.

So I thought I would just give them a cmd button that opened up the "Simple Query Wizard" window or a query window that is in design mode.

I searched the DoCmd options, nothing really looks like it would do what I want.

So, is this possible? If so, some pointers would be great.

Users select fields from a drop down list and set various criteria values. All "queries" are stored in a couple Access tables.
